Cancellations of bookings with between 13 – 7 days’ notice will be required to pay 25% of the room hire cost. Cancellations of bookings with between 6 – 4 days’ notice will be required to pay 50% of the room hire cost and any cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will be required to pay the full room hire cost along with any catering that has been ordered.
